A recent BBC Documentary highlights Prison Abuse in the US. The journalists spent two days with Florida Institutional Legal Services attorneys. The first part of the video focuses on Florida and on the systemic abuse of Florida inmates with chemical agents. A later segment looks at the use and abuse of restraining chairs. There are very graphic scenes of torture and abuse within this film. View at your own discretion.
